I found out this morning that we have to get Gavin fitted for a "helmet". He has been going to PT to work on turning his head to the left in an attempt to stop him from getting such a flat spot on the back of his head; but even though he's perfectly capable of turning left, he just really favors his right when sleeping. I kind of figured it was coming, but I'm pretty bummed. I have to take him tomorrow for a skull x-ray and then we have an appointment Friday afternoon at Mary Free Bed downtown GR.
Also my Mom is having her gallbladder removed on Friday morning. Please keep her in your prayers and pray that the surgery will be a success, but also that it will alleviate all the pain she's been in for the past months.

Our friend's baby had this same thing. I guess it's relatively common?
